      Capitol Police Officer Meghan Fenton was recognized by Maine Governor Paul LePage today in his Cabinet Room and was given a Commendation for Life Saving Action. Officer Fenton was on foot patrol on November 30th when she came upon a choking person in the State House. Officer Fenton immediately realized what was happening and took action to forcefully clear the person's airway just as the choking person was about to pass out.
